Palmer Engineering and Forensics is a high quality multidisciplinary forensic engineering firm built on a foundation of Quality, Clarity, and Integrity. We provide the investigation of accidents and failures associated with electrical equipment and systems, including shock and electrocution, power quality issues, and catastrophic power system failures (arc flash). We also perform civil and structural forensic engineering investigations, including foundation evaluation, roof damage analysis, or structural failures. In addition, we provide chemical and process forensic engineering analyses, including industrial process failures, explosions and fires. All our investigations are performed with the quality and thoroughness necessary to obtain the required understanding of the case. We strive for excellence and clarity in written and oral communication to effectively inform and educate clients, judges and juries. We provide a timely response to the needs of our clients, for inspections, reports, and other important requirements. Palmer Engineering and Forensics was founded in 2009. The president and owner of the company is Dr. John A. Palmer.
Although we are based near Salt Lake City, Utah (with a satellite office near Denver, Colorado), we perform our engineering expert services across the country.
