Hours of Operation

Generally, we are available Monday - Friday 08:00 a.m. - 05:00 p.m., but the Office Phone may not be continually staffed so please feel free to call Dr. Palmer (or another of the staff engineers) on his cell.  Because of the nature of our business, we recognize that circumstances often require attention outside of business hours, so we may be contacted on either the office phone or cell phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you do not get an immediate response, please leave a message and then try the other number.  We will try to respond within 1 hour if the request is urgent.
