Mr. Shine brings more than thirty years of education and hands-on professional experience to our team in the environmental, geotechnical, and civil engineering fields, with an emphasis on contaminant hydrogeology. He successfully managed large- and small-scale projects for private, commercial, and regulatory clients, both across the USA and internationally. Specific experience includes evaluation and report preparation for the following:
In addition to his professional background, Mr. Shine is an elected member of the board of directors of a homeowners association in Telluride, Colorado. During his tenure on the board, he spearheaded various efforts to upgrade the building and amenities. Most notably, he redesigned the multi-residential building’s front apron, stairway, and ramp access; contracted and provided construction specifications and oversight for reconstruction of the swimming pool and spa; and led major portions of building reconstruction after cold-weather related flooding.
